This community of practice brings together equity officers from local governments across the Bay Area–both within and outside of public health departments.

We strengthen the field, support leadership growth, and help deliver equity results for communities across the region. We’re recruiting consultants to provide backbone support for the group. In this role, you’ll listen to member priorities, co-design sessions that power their work forward, and support participants in shared solution finding. ‍‍

An ideal candidate brings experience working with senior governmental staff, familiarity with the health equity landscape, and interest in supporting cross-jurisdictional collaboration.
